Comprehensive Plan
The City of Epworth developed a comprehensive plan during 2006–2007 to guide long-term growth and community investment. This plan was subsequently updated in 2013 to reflect changing priorities and community input. The plan provides a framework for decisions about land use, infrastructure, parks, and public services.
