Citizen Concern
Have a concern or issue you'd like to bring to the city's attention? We're here to listen and help.
For emergencies, always call 911. The citizen concern process is for non-emergency issues and is reviewed during regular business hours.
How It Works
The City of Epworth welcomes feedback and concerns from residents. Whether it's a pothole that needs repair, a streetlight that's out, a noise complaint, or any other issue affecting our community, we want to hear from you.
Concerns submitted are reviewed by city staff during regular business hours. A staff member will follow up with you using your preferred contact method to acknowledge receipt and provide updates on resolution.
