The Epworth Branch of the Dubuque County Library is located on the lower level of the building at 110 Bierman Rd. The library provides a welcoming space for reading, studying, and community programs. Residents can borrow books, DVDs, and other materials, access public computers, and take advantage of interlibrary loan services across the entire Dubuque County Library system.
